PROJECT: _ 0403
DESCRIPTION:
Green area in "EsPil·lari". It has complementary character of a Project of Urbanization of the same sector, and therefore it is part of a file, being a part of the same one.
The project embraces the two areas foreseen in the Partial Plan then, that is, the first one that we will denominate ZV1 located in the center of the sector to urbanize in a surface of 5.053 m˛. The second denominated ZV2, it is located in the Southwest end of the sector and with a surface of 3.586 m˛.

Green Area 1 (ZV1)
It is located in the central area of the sector, it wants to endow of a certain representative character of the combined one and therefore one of their premises is the obtaining of a paved area that it allows an use for urban character.
The group is ordered through an inclined plane that they define the four streets that they surround it, in the one that the two perpendicular addresses are marked that they form the horizontal lines and of pending maxim contained in that plane.
This ordination causes a certain turn regarding the octagon geometry of the streets that favors the own “autonomy” of the ordination of the green area and an asymmetry that it agrees in a subtle way with the different character of the streets that they surround the green area, two of them of smooth traffic, and the other ones two with a marked pedestrian accent, being in contact with the business district and the educational equipment.
The group is organized through the areas that define the four pedestrian journeys that surround the total of the area, two horizontal and two of pending maxim. The central part is paved to fulfill the ends of more urban public use, (verbenas, market, etc).
The areas that limit with the passer-by of smooth traffic, are dedicated to the plantations of trees that allow shade areas and give a green sensation to counteract the aridity of the central area.
The areas that limit with the pedestrian passer-by are devoted to the stay areas and children's game. In front of the business district a pergola is located that serves from support to a covered of vegetable type that allows the stay in shade, it completes the filter function between the business district and the central part. The games of children, are organized in two environments defined by paths prairie dunes that control the movement environment free of the children visually; they are also endowed with the corresponding infantile games.
Green Area 2 (ZV2)
Located in the Southwest area of the sector. It has as character more than barrier with the highway that of central element of fun activity.
It is ordered through a longitudinal special divider in two areas. The longitudinal element of division is gotten by means of a dune in form of very spread arch that reaches a height of 2,40 m and that it constitutes an effective visual barrier. Between this element and the area of housings an area of compound stay is located by a pergola of the same characteristics that that of the area 1, flanked by paths tree-lined areas. In the area between the dune and the highway a tree-lined area of longitudinal character is located and with a clear prevalence of the perennial leaf in order to accentuate its barrier character.
Characteristic common:
Both areas have the will of being integrated fully in the space of the pedestrian's domain, in this sense the delivery with the surrounding sidewalks is direct. This sensation of total accessibility, is reinforced with the combination of different types of carpets, (grass, sand, pavements, etc) that combine in an arbitrary way and that they limit with the sidewalks.
