DESCRIPTION:
The projected building consists of two basements dedicated to garages, the basement 1 consist of 24 parking and the basement 2 of 27. In the groundfloor they locate local commercial and the different accesses to the housings and the garage. There is a total of 29 housings, and these they are divided in two nuclei of stairways.
